Dr. Paul Heckman HARTMAN was an uncle of Titus HARTMAN. He was a graduate of the veterinary school of the University of Pennsylvania, and for a time he gave a weekly radio announcement on veterinary matters as a Federal employee.

Paul is buried at Fairview Cemetery in Boyertown, PA. His first wife Mabel NEWHARD is buried at Edgewood Cemetery in Pottstown, PA.
